Three structured paths — each designed for a different stage of AI engagement
Whether you are new to the subject and want an honest grounding, or you are already working in product or leadership and want a more structured approach, Setthi Code has a programme built for that moment.
Back to HomeHow we structure learning at Setthi Code
All three of our programmes follow a common structural logic, even though they differ substantially in scope, duration, and depth. Learning at Setthi Code is organised around what we call a briefing rhythm: each unit of the programme opens with a clear, short statement of what the participant will be able to do or understand at the end of it, then works through material — readings, session content, and discussion — and closes with a written exercise that requires the participant to apply what they have covered.
This rhythm keeps the learning purposeful rather than accumulative. Participants are not moving through material in order to reach a completion point; they are working toward specific documents and specific ways of thinking. The written exercises are reviewed by faculty and returned with comments, and participants are encouraged to bring the work from their own organisational context wherever possible.
Structured reading and session content
Group or one-to-one discussion
Written exercise producing a usable document
Faculty review and written comments
Business AI Literacy Course
An eight-week part-time course for managers, founders, and business professionals who would like a calm, accurate command of how applied AI tools fit into everyday business practice — without becoming developers themselves. The course covers what current tools can and cannot do, the questions worth asking of a technical team, careful reading of vendor claims, and the practical work of identifying which problems in a business are well-suited to AI approaches. Each week pairs a recorded session with a short reading and a written reflection.
- What AI tools can and cannot currently do in business settings
- Reading vendor claims with appropriate care and scepticism
- Questions worth asking of a technical or data team
- Identifying which organisational problems are well-suited to AI
- Weekly recorded sessions, readings, and written reflections
AI Product Development Track
A fourteen-week part-time track for product managers, designers, and business leads who would like to develop a working command of how AI-supported products are designed, scoped, and brought to market in a small team. The track covers product framing for AI-enabled work, scoping conversations with technical teams, evaluation criteria for AI-supported features, careful user research, and the practical writing of a clear product brief. Each module pairs a live session with a small written exercise, supported by weekly small-group office hours.
- Product framing and scoping for AI-enabled features
- Evaluation criteria for AI-supported product decisions
- Scoping conversations with technical and data teams
- Writing a clear, usable product brief for AI features
- Weekly small-group office hours with faculty
AI Strategy & Implementation Programme
A five-month part-time programme for senior managers and founders who would like to develop a structured, practical approach to introducing AI work into a wider business. The programme covers organisational readiness, the writing of a calm internal strategy, vendor and build considerations, governance frameworks at a working level, and the practical sequencing of a small applied project within an existing team. Each cohort is small and is supported by regular one-to-one meetings, so the work proceeds at a pace set by each participant's own organisational context.
- Organisational readiness — honest assessment of your starting point
- Writing a structured internal AI strategy document
- Vendor evaluation and build-vs-buy considerations
- Governance frameworks at a working level
- Regular one-to-one meetings calibrated to your context

Principles that apply across all three programmes
Updated before each cohort
All material is reviewed and revised to reflect the current state of AI tools and practice before new participants begin.
Participant privacy maintained
Information shared in sessions and in written exercises is treated as confidential and is not shared with other participants or third parties.
Written comments on all exercises
Faculty provide written comments on all written exercises across every programme. Responses are substantive rather than formulaic.
Practitioner-taught only
No general-purpose instructors and no outsourced curriculum. All teaching is by people with relevant professional experience.
Structured feedback collected
We gather structured feedback at the end of every programme and use it in planning subsequent cohorts.
No inflation of AI capability
We teach participants to evaluate AI tools critically and to read vendor claims with care. This is a core professional skill, not a peripheral topic.
