2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or to enrol in any Programme. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Description of the Service
Setthi Code offers part-time, online and in-person education programmes in applied AI for business professionals, product managers, and senior leaders. Our current Programmes are:
- Business AI Literacy Course — 8 weeks, ฿4,400
- AI Product Development Track — 14 weeks, ฿11,200
- AI Strategy and Implementation Programme — 5 months, ฿14,000
Programmes are delivered primarily in English. Cohort dates, session formats, and programme details are as described on our website at the time of enrolment and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a Programme with reasonable notice. If we cancel a Programme prior to its start, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.
4. Enrolment and accounts
Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from Setthi Code. Places in each cohort are limited, and submission of an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed enrolment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you for Programme materials and for any activity that occurs under your access credentials.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Programme materials if you are found to have shared access credentials, violated these terms, or engaged in conduct that disrupts the learning environment for other participants.
5. User responsibilities
In using our Service and participating in our Programmes, you agree to:
- Engage with Programme materials and faculty in good faith and with respect for other participants.
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute Programme Content without our written permission.
- Not use our website or Programme materials for any unlawful purpose.
- Provide accurate information in any enquiry or enrolment form.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants in live sessions.
We reserve the right to remove participants from a Programme, without refund, if their conduct is found to be materially disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All Content made available through our Programmes — including session recordings, reading materials, exercise briefs, and written feedback — is the intellectual property of Setthi Code or its faculty and is protected by applicable copyright law.
We grant enrolled participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Programme Content for their own personal learning purposes during and after the Programme. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Content without our prior written consent.
Written exercises submitted by participants remain your property. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them for the purpose of providing feedback and, in anonymised form, for the purpose of improving our programmes.
7. Payment terms
All Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due in full prior to the start of a cohort unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We accept payment by bank transfer. Payment details will be provided in the enrolment confirmation. Employer invoicing is available on request.
Cancellation and refund: If you withdraw from a Programme more than 14 days before the cohort start date, you will receive a full refund of fees paid less any bank transfer charges. Withdrawals within 14 days of the cohort start date are not eligible for refund unless otherwise agreed in writing. If we cancel a Programme, you will receive a full refund.
8. Disclaimers
Our Programmes are provided for educational purposes. Completion of a Programme does not constitute a professional qualification, a certification in any regulated field, or a guarantee of any particular outcome in your professional context.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Programme Content is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or applicable to every participant's circumstances.
The Service is provided "as is" and we exclude, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Setthi Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in a Programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you for the Programme in question.
10. Termination
You may withdraw from a Programme at any time by notifying us in writing, subject to the refund terms in Section 7.
We may terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 of these terms survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance if you have a concern or dispute, as we will always seek to resolve matters informally where possible. Please write to [email protected].
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
